WHAT IS IT ABOUT
WWTP
Respecting technological models implemented in European countries, the work contemplates the automation of all stages of the treatment process of the plant: from the entry of sewage liquids through the lifting station to its biological treatment and final purification to obtain a liquid optimal to return to the environment in the corresponding standards.
We take care of the development, assembly and commissioning of the entire electrical network and the complete automation of the plant, including the programming of 7 PLCs interconnected by a ModBUS TPC/IP network. We also select and calibrate the necessary sensors: pH, flowmeters, levels, etc. (4-20mA, ModBUS RTU, among others)

We take care of the development, assembly and tuning of two 65HP variable speed drives automatically commanded by a PID control carried out by an exclusive PLC. The communication runs through the ModBUS RTU protocol and is adjusted according to the pressure level measured in the main pipe by a 4-20mA sensor. The system has a sending of alarms by mail in case of failures, as well as remote access to it, safely through a VPN
